Basis KNX: u::Lux Switch KNX-TP
The newcomer in the u::Lux product range. It's the simplicity that is the key – because through the globally unique u::Lux ETS database the device gets implemented extremely simple and uncomplicated into the worldwide standardised KNX-system. It doesn't matter if you are expert or newbie in the world of KNX building automation: The configuration of the switch is very easy, independent of one's own ETS prior knowledge. Integrated help texts and preview images make it possible, furthermore there are three different editing modes which support the user according to his level of experience with the adjustment of the switch. On the u::Lux Switch KNX-TP individual functions for room control can be assigned to up to 30 pages. You choose the icons from one of the three standard design libraries.
And even that's not enough. As KNX is an official worldwide standard for building automation you are able to additionally choose from a wide range of other products for the building technology.

Basis Ethernet: u::Lux Switch RJ45 + u::Lux Switch IDC
Those who attach particular importance to individuality and high functionality take one of the both u::Lux Switches with standardised Ethernet-network connection. The u::Lux Switch RJ45 is used for Daisy-Chain wiring (for up to 10 u::Lux Switches RJ45 per line), the IDC version is used for star wiring. This one can be combined with every usual PoE-switch. Both switches score well with an extremely fast data transmission rate. It extends the function range with an intercom and call function as well as audio playback. The special feature of the RJ45 and IDC version: up to 32 pages are individually and freely designable. The user is able to use his own images, icons or texts on the high resolution colour graphic display. From the company logo, your own holiday pictures or personal welcome messages of guests in hotel rooms - the creative possibilities are endless. If required the user can of course choose from predefined icons and symbols. The both room controllers are fully integrated into the solutions of the control partners B-control, Comexio, evonHOME, iBricks and Inno-Cube. Furthermore the u::Lux Switch is also compatible with the controls of automationNEXT, Beckhoff and Wago. Here the configuration is done through the free software „u::Lux Config“.
What do all three version have in common?
They are THE solution for the growing need for comfort of the consumer on the market. And thanks to the simple and quick configuration, the time saving commissioning of the system and different operating modes they are also cost-effective.
